Magnetic Permeability

Magnetic permeability is used to determine the susceptibility of material to be magnetized. This is related to the iron content and can be measured with a Ferromaster Permeability Meter. Minimal preparation is required and each test can be performed in a few seconds. The test can be performed on the top, side, or bottom of a given piece.
