De-Magnetization

Ferromagnetic materials can become magnetized when exposed to electric and magnetic fields. These residual magnetic fields can interfere with subsequent processes, especially welding. Material needing de-magnetization should be brought to our facility where we have AC/HWAC/DC equipment capable of meeting your needs.

We can utilize highly charged cables and coils to sufficiently disrupt most fields and comply with +/- 3 Gauss requirements.
